Horrible!

Liked:Closeness to softball fields

Disliked:Half of this hotel has a section where long term guests stay, so if you’re ok with drugs being sold, and the amount of items and garbage they have then this is the place for you. Not to mention the amount of random people coming and going who aren’t guests of the hotel is insane. Our room had the worst ant problem and the staff just didn’t care. The hotel had 1 elevator for all its guests, and what a joke. We stayed here with our daughter’s softball team and NEVER again will this happen. I’d rather pay double the price for a nicer hotel.

Liked:Overall I loved this hotel and plan to use it again in the future. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, great bathroom, and we requested a room on the first floor with access to the garden/pool that had a small patio that we enjoyed a lot. It had a great TV (the largest I have seen in a hotel). We had a small but not so small fridge, a microwave, coffee maker. We loved the pool and used it a couple of times. It was nice and clean and the water temperature was excellent for the heat wave we had to go through. Breakfast was nice ... typical breakfast of this kind of hotels: waffles, yogurt, cereal, eggs with bacon or sausage and everything was good. Coffee was good! The staff was great at all times. The location was great for our needs and there are several places to eat nearby, as well as a Lucky´s supermarket (walking distance). We go frequently to Fremong and we will definitively use this hotel again.

Disliked:We had a problem with the air conditioning. It was noisy, noisy, noisy. We reported it on the first day and by the 7th day, when we left, it was still noisy. They offered to change us from our room but did not have the same kind of room of our reservation (first floor with the patio we enjoyed so much and the direct access to the pool), so we did not accept the change of room and we had to put the air conditioning in a temperature that was not so noisy but also not cool enough (it was extremely hot during our stay). They tried twice to repair it but they couldn´t. At the end, they gave us a small discount for the inconvenience (very small though). That was the main inconvenience in our stay, but it is fixable. Also, there is no laundry in the premises, although there is one laundromat nearby if you really need to wash clothes. The room did not have a safety deposit box. They offered to keep our valuables in the property safety deposit box, but it was a general box, not a personal one.

Liked:despite the room showing a couch - many rooms dont have one and they dont care that you paid for a room with one. too bad too sad. when I asked to be moved they couldn't guarantee I would get what I paid for in addition, my room is connected to another, and there is A 1.5 INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR connecting mine to the next room. I can literally SEE into their room but what's worse, I can HEAR literally EVERYTHING going on in the room. 4 men in the bathroom at 5:30 am absolutely unacceptable and obviously they have known about BOTH issues for years now
