Very unreasonable pet fee

Disliked:The hotel advertised as being pet friendly however they did not mention that the cost is $70 for one night. Apparently they don't care if you're there one night or three nights, it's still $70. Most hotels send a message through the booking app confirming the cost however this hotel waits to catch you at check-in when it's too late to change your plans.

Best Staff ever at a hotel!!! We look forward to staying with Hilton Garden Inn - Fredricton

Liked:WE unexpectedly left a few items of importance in our safe and realized after checking out. WE needed to get the items back as quickly as possible. The staff - especially Aika Ratra and Wilfred, and one other night manager were instrumental in assisting with expediting our documents / items to our next destination. They handled our situation as though it was their own items left behind. We can't thank them enough for their honesty and efficiency at helping us with this.
