Disappointed

Liked:The desk staff were very nice. The location was convenient.

Disliked:It was noisy. To further complicate matters, between 7:30-8 am, some workers were banging on doors and shouting out in the hallways. It may have been some sort of fire inspection of sorts…but typical- not an emergency. They knocked on our doors and woke us. Our checkout was not until 11 am! Horrible!! Also, breakfast is NOT included and prices for food were very high.

Liked:Great location and we like that area.

Disliked:Our air conditioning in the room was less that acceptable. We did report it but they could not fix it entirely. The staff did a good job of accommodating the issue but it was not fixed.
