Liked:No aircon. It's under construction. It's worth 39 euro per night. Surprisingly they charge 90 euro and booking.com don't even verify and dont inform customers. Feel even not to trust booking.com any more. I feel like I was robbed

Liked:nothing went well hotel is under renovation no aircondition working and hotel no possible to stay i paid and they did not refund my amount although the receprion confirm the hotel is in very bad shape i have been staying in this place for more than 20 years during my stay in frankfurt

a complete disaster — dusty rooms, broken AC, and unbearable heat after a 16-hour flight

Disliked:It was horrible. I have never stayed at a hotel like this before. I need a refund for my money. There was a thick layer of dust everywhere, and the AC did not work in either of our rooms. OMG, it was a complete disaster for us. We stayed at this hotel right after a 16-hour flight, and the rooms felt like an oven - extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had no other option in the middle of the night with my family, so we had to stay.
