Liked:Very friendly, attentive and hospitable staff. Many thanks for excellent service and client care to Christian at the reception and to Vera and Lali for tasty breakfast and hospitality. A stylish and cosy hotel with beautiful interior design. The room was spacious, with comfortable huge twin beds, amazing classical furniture, and nice views from the balcony. The hotel is very conveniently located with good access to the public transportation (trams and metro), in a quiet green area, not far from the central railway station and the city centre, just 12 minutes walk from a big shopping mall. The breakfast was tasty but as a recommendation from my side and in view of Ukrainian staff cooking and serving breakfast, there could be offered more variety, for example, Ukrainian syrniki as a great option for the breakfast. 😇

Disliked:It would be nice to make a larger and reliable partition protecting against water leaking while taking a shower in the bath. A radiator to dry towels would also be very appropriate in the bathroom. The chairs in the room looked very posh but probably it would be more convenient and relaxing to have there armchairs instead.

Liked:Pleasant comfortable hotel with friendly staff in walking distance of the centre of town. Very handy for a business visit. I was surprised to find that parking on the street is free.

Disliked:The wifi, but I was informed that it had just been improved and I was the first person to ask about it. May be it was my own eqipment since the connection worked for my phone.
