Go during the week, not weekends.

Liked:Friday staff were pleasant and helpful. Quick walk to the train station, and there is a supermarket equally close.

Disliked:The location is a mixed blessing- right next to train station, but you have to walk through the street people and red light street to get to it. Unfortunately due to road construction there is literally no other way in that I could find. Weekend staff were rude and not particularly helpful. NO COFFEE OR HOT WATER AT RECEPTION ON WEEKENDS (and no water kettle in the rooms). On weekdays, they charge 1€ for a small coffee. On weekends, they apparently do not want to be bothered, or maybe it was just one certain staff member that just didn't feel like working. Instead they told me to go to coffeeshop somewhere 0.7km down the road...or to the train station. The first room I was assigned smelled like cigarette from someone in the next room (even though rooms are supposed to be non-smoking). I spent one night there and when the smell got worse, I asked to switch. They assigned me a new room...which had a bunch of dead bugs on the floor. So then I got a 3rd room assignment. It was fine in theory, but frustrating because itwas considerably smaller than the room size I had paid for...and the "mini bar" that was supposedly available, was empty, yet at checkout they wanted to charge me for it.
