Convenient location but not friendly

Liked:10 minutes walk to train station. Room is clean and hotel is next to a mall. There is heavy construction going on right outside the hotel. It's noisy in the morning but once completed hotel guests will benefit from the new metro or tram that they are building.

Disliked:Booking with booking.com was not flexible like Orbitz which does not allow us to adjust the dates without penalty. Will try to stay with Orbitz in the future. Hotel requires us to check in twice is a bit irritating. We check in when we arrived at 1pm then we had to do it all again when we come back at 4pm. No idea when twice

Just a one-night stopover on way from Amsterdam to Munich, nice room, great dinner.

Liked:Nice size room, great view of Frankfurt skyline

Disliked:A bit on the edge of the city center, neighborhood between train station and hotel not the most appealing
