Liked:the room in 6th floor, the bed sheets, the modern and bright design, the size of the room and the breakfast. the hotel is very clise to the central station and about 10 minutes walk from the historic center.

Disliked:be careful at night. There were many drugged and drunk people in nearby streets, when we came back from the center. around 9:00 pm. i suggest to ask in the hotel lobby which streets they are, and avoide them at night. other than that, it was perfect for our purpose.

Great service and cleanliness, but compromised by a rough neighborhood and tiny rooms

Liked:The Leonardo Hotel in Frankfurt is generally clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. I was highly impressed by the staff, who were incredibly polite and professional throughout my stay. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were exceptionally smooth and hassle-free, making the arrival and departure experience very pleasant.

Disliked:While the location is central and convenient for the train station, the surrounding neighborhood felt very unsafe, especially when returning late at night, due to the heavy presence of loiterers, drunk people, and junkies. The rooms themselves were incredibly small and did not match the spaciousness implied by the photos; there was barely enough room to stand on either side of the bed. Noise was also a major issue because the doors have gaps of a few centimeters at the top and bottom, offering almost no sound isolation from the hallway. Finally, the hotel garage is overpriced and not worth it; you are much better off using a nearby public parking spot instead.
