Liked:Stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff were warm and genuinely attentive, even communicating in Arabic, which made the whole stay feel personal rather than transactional. The bellboy service was excellent, and the level of support throughout matched what you'd expect from a true five-star property. The hotel itself was immaculate; cleanliness was on point throughout, and every detail of the service felt considered. This is exactly what a five-star stay should look like. Would absolutely stay again.
