Lovely and central

Liked:Lovely breakfast available, very central location, very clean and affordable and the receptionist Ursula was an absolute gem. So helpful and friendly. Many charming restaurants close by and easy walking distance from the main station even with big suitcases. The shower was hot and the water pressure excellent.

Disliked:The room was a little small but as we were only there for 2 nights it was fine. The night life on the street is a bit noisy at times.

Liked:The staff was incredible. We arrived in Frankfurt extremely early (6am) and wanted to drop off our bags at the hotel to sightsee before we could check in at 2pm. Noting that this was a lucky exception, the staff upon arrival to drop off our bags informed us that our room was free and ready and allowed us to check in early which allowed us to sleep off the night spent traveling and go out to the city well rested. Upon check-out, the staff was also very understanding and helpful towards a person with a mobility aid, and allowed us to check out slowly and on our own time around 11am. They provided us with a lot of help (ice-pack, help getting to the lift) during our stay. On top of this, the Hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, just a 5 minute walk from the Frankfurt Central Station and close to metro and tram lines and stops. Overall, amazing value for the money spent.

Disliked:There was no air conditioning or fan in the room, but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot during our stay and we had access to big windows. Some staff members don't speak English, but are still as helpful as can be.
