€6.500,00 stay without an invoice – excuses, misleading information, and poor service.

Liked:Fast and well-organized elevators. The only receptionist who genuinely seemed to care about the guest’s comfort and was extremely helpful — for which I am very grateful — was Henry. He was one step away from receiving a generous tip, but unfortunately the hotel’s policy did not allow it, which I will mention in the negative points section :)
Disliked:There was a lot of noise from trains passing nearby. Despite repeated requests and even warnings, the hotel still refuses to issue a VAT invoice for my stay worth approximately €6.500,00. I was misled by a receptionist who claimed that the piece of paper she handed me was a valid invoice and that I simply needed to fill in my company details with a pen myself xD Since April 25th, I have been unable to obtain a proper invoice for my stay, and I intend to report this matter to the appropriate authorities. The hotel claims they are unable to issue invoices due to “system problems.” The same “system problem” has apparently been ongoing since April 15th — the day we arrived. And this is exactly why Henry did not receive a tip. During check-out, he informed me that the system was still not working and that he could not issue my invoice, which, as I suspected from the very beginning, was simply not true. The breakfasts were also disappointing — artificial scrambled eggs and, overall, very little that could actually be enjoyed.
