Liked:Good location for our concert. Close to the city. Friendly staff.

Disliked:The fridge in the room was really dirty. The drinking glasses in the bathroom were dirty with tooth paste. The soap was empty. We were on level 13. Going up and down was a really slow process.

They promise more than they deliver, but overall a good experience!

Liked:The breakfast was amazing, many delicious options. The staff was accommodating.

Disliked:First they gave us the wrong room, and the key card wasn't working. They moved us to the right room right away, though. On the official website, they state the following: free slippers in every room, storage room for your luggage. Not applicable. I had also personally emailed the hotel to confirm the distance between the hotel and the stadium. They assured me it was a 20-minute walk, but we then realized that it's actually 45 minutes.
