Close to the central station, but not worth the convenience.

Liked:It was close to the main train station.

Disliked:The area around the hotel is full of homeless people and drug addicts. The staff member at check-in was very unfriendly and could not find my booking for ages when I arrived. This obviously made me very stressed. He eventually found it and then took ages to check me in. The building is very run down and grubby. The room itself was clean, but extremely basic. There is a lot of noise outside with a tramline running in front of the building. I was concerned for my safety and did not sleep well. There is no air con.

Liked:The closeness to the main train station & plenty of restraunts around

Disliked:Having to wait a long time on arrival to check in as staff were very slow checking people in. Bed was against the wall making it very difficult for person sleeping that side to get out without disturbing the other person The breakfast was in a different hotel about 100 yards away on other side of the road & other side of the cross road, this was not mentioned when checking in & only became apparent when enquiring with reception also reception then had to write out a ticket to give to the other hotel. Very over priced
