Luxurious suite - some staff really friendly

Liked:Excellent location and we had an upgraded room which was lovely

Disliked:Our shower didn’t work well for the whole of our stay - I informed reception several tinn mi es but it was not resolved

Liked:I use this hotel for specific events near the hotel, so the fact I have to walk 3 mins to the event is great. To be honest, the decor is a bit old but the everything is super clean, location is quiet and close to a tram station that takes you to center within minutes, breakfast is great and the staff is just really kind and friendly, all of them!
