Cozy in Frankfurt

Liked:Cozy small hotel. Single room is small but has all you need. Staff is helpful and warm; Giovanna even went up with me when I thought I couldn't lock my door well. Breakfast is simple but enough to power you until lunch. Good value for money. Some reviews say the surroundings are not safe; it's nothing you don't see in any big city, but just be alert. It's worth it to be near the main train station and tram stop/.

Very good place to stay

Liked:Good things: - Very comfortable bed in a modern room. - Big table for laptop. - Big shower with soap that smells very good. - Quiet room even if facing the street. - The girl at reception looked for the correct address of my company for the invoice. - Perfect location for train station and to walk to the old town (that's when you'll cross the shady area with junkies, who are at the other side of the station - no problems around the hotel, you may be offered drugs if you're a man but as a woman I didn't have any problems when coming late at night). Not so good things: - You have to squeeze to use the toilet. - The light switches are not conveniently placed for easy reach. - The room was too hot but it's very complicated to open the window because the Venetian blinds cannot be pulled up. - First day I could have a chocolate milk for breakfast instead of coffee or tea, second day "there were problems with delivery". I recommend this hotel.

Great receptionists !

Liked:So helpful, Salem and other other receptionist really helped us when we left some glasses in a cab, thank you very much for being a great help...and the hotel is very nice as well, good sized room, decent bathroom, just what we wanted to get the early morning train..

Decent hote, unfortunately no customer hotel

Liked:The hotel is located in the dodgy neighborhood of Frankfurt Central Station. It’s. 3 min walk from the station. The rooms are reasonably well appointed and clean. The problem I had was the poor customer service. I’ve sent an email pre arrival requesting for a quiet room; no response from the hotel. I did the same upon check in and was given a room facing the main road. It was too warm to sleep with a closed window, since the hotel does not have AC, so it was a very noisy night with drunken people on the street, traffic and delivery vans starting deliveries at 4am. The hotel wiould be a good option with some standards of customer service.
