Great staff and delicious breakfast, but the property could benefit from better maintenance.

Liked:The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the property itself is lovely, with adorable animals wandering around. The location is excellent — super close to Parque das Aves and the entrance to the Cataratas. One of my favorite details was the bathroom, which had a huge window overlooking the garden, making the whole experience feel even more relaxing and connected to nature.

Disliked:There was a leak directly above the bed in Chalet #22, and the bathroom door handle also needs repair, as it keeps falling off. Both issues were reported, and I’m sure they’ll be addressed soon. If you love animals and are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is still a wonderful choice.

Rustic cottage, not what is advertised.

Liked:Close to the waterfalls, walking distance

Disliked:Many crawling in bed, large spiders in the front door, airplane noise,,next to the airport. It is a cottage not a hotel or hostel. Rusty dish rack. No soap, no shampoo ,

Liked:Surrounded by green. Staff tried to help us regardless of language challenge at the restaurant and reception.

Disliked:We had to ask for basic things which should have been in the cottage such as soap, shampoo, hair dryer, cup.
