Great location, amazing hosts and a lovely experience.

Liked:Super hosts, very clean and comfortable accomodation with comfy beds, Cleverson and Jessica went out of their way to make our stay smooth (even though we were rushed due to an airline schedule change). They made us sandwiches last minute and drove us to the Brazilian side so we could see the falls when we arrived. Accommodation is not uber luxurious (I didn’t find anything in Iguacu that was at a decent price point) but excellent value for money and a great experience. Thanks so much! As others have said, the breakfast is really very good.

Was adequate for overnight stay before flight. Wouldn’t wanna stay longer than 1 night.

Liked:Pretty close to the falls, airport and bird park. Mostly clean. Cheap. Swimming pool which unfortunately I did not use. Included nice breakfast. Surrounded by nature. Nice owners.

Disliked:Old, rustic, hidden away w dirt road access. Room door lock tricky, ancient. Very basic room w tiny fridge that made weird noises, had to unplug in order to sleep. Charged for water (only like $1.50 usd) but still. Hotel in puerto iguazu had large complimentary bottle water w free refills. Charged for shuttle about $6 usd. Most if not all airport hotels I been at include complimentary shuttle. I mean it’s not big deal for me cause it’s chump change for me. I’m just pointing out that they kinda Nickle dime you. It’s an American term for charging u for every little thing. To be fair, their rate is low, I’m thinking why they nickel dime you.

Remote isolated location

Liked:Beds and the rooms were clean and the host was nice

Disliked:The property is located off a highway inside a long term parking lot for the airport behind huge metal gates. The room we had (“executive suite”) faced long term parking and someone was working on their car right outside. It didn’t feel like the location was right for me since it felt very isolated from everything.
