Liked:Breakfast is very good and extensive with lots of local pastries, (changing daily), eggs, meats, breads, fruits; but tends to be crowded Comfy large bed. 1 guy at front desk spoke proper english, staff friendly as most brazilians are, Newer modern facilities including pool, gym and room.

Disliked:Small room feels cramped even for 1, nowhere besides bed to relax. Bath sink is tiny. No sound proofing, loud neighbors up and around. Location not the best, most restaurants are 15m walk on industrial and mixed zoning streets.

Liked:Clean facilities. Attentive staff. Delicious and diverse breakfast!! Short walk to the bus station when visiting the falls and plenty of restaurants in walkable distance.

Wonderful staff, pleasant stay

Liked:The staff were exceptional. Every single person I met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They always had a smile on their face and created such a warm and friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to the hostess at the restaurant, who spoke English and helped me communicate with my taxi driver. I only wish I could remember everyone's names so I could thank each of them personally—they all deserve recognition. The lobby and restaurant were also very pleasant, and overall I had a comfortable stay

Disliked:Nothing major. My room was quite simple, the bathroom could use a little updating, and the view wasn't particularly special. I also noticed that the pillows didn't smell as fresh as I expected. None of these affected my overall experience, as the kindness and hospitality of the staff truly made my stay memorable.

Liked:We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, and we felt very well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a location that worked very well for us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
