Almost perfect

Liked:Tawny and Hannah were super helpful! Many thanks to them. Bed was comfy. The black-out curtain was great! It helped us sleep late. We were disappointed that tbe digital key didn’t work. There was a stain on the rug that no one disclosed to us before our stay.

The staff was excellent. They were very welcoming and helpful to answer any questions I had.

Liked:The location is excellent. Step out the door to the shops and restaurants at Patriots Place. The staff was great. My grandkids loved the pool and foosball table in the lobby.

Disliked:The pool temperature could have been warmer.
