Comfortable, quiet, and right on the beach

Liked:Excellent beachfront location in a quiet part of Meireles. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and very comfortable, spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked:The hotel's Wi-Fi isn't secure. Unless you are using a VPN, your security may be at risk, which is not ideal if you need to work during your stay.

Good hotel but some issues. Also tired and in need of some tlc.

Liked:The room was big and the bed was comfy and large. The air conditioning was good and the shower was excellent in terms of both pressure and temperature. The breakfast was good with some variation each day but it was sometimes quite slow to be replenished. The coffee wasn't great. The tapioca station is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good, right acrosd the road from the beach.

Disliked:The room cleaning consisted of making the bed and emptying the bin. The minibar wasn't refreshed during our stay and there weren't any signs to indicate prices of items. Water and coffee provided in the room were also not free and again the prices were not listed. This lead to a more confusing and frustrating check out process than necessary. The rooms with balconies are on the first and second floors and with the noise from the street and proximity to the ground are not really desirable to use. The windows in the room are thin and old meaning a lower floor room is very noisy from the traffic and the beach.

Please note that according to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990 minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.
