It is motel quality.

Liked:Location and Staff, actual property needs room repairs, deep clean floors

Disliked:Marijuana smell, hot and “touchy” elevator, Room needs wall repairs and new furniture, A little high on the price with taxes, someone knocks on the door at 10am and asks if you’re staying or leaving, some guests

Infested with roaches and ants and lack of customer service

Disliked:I hardly ever write reviews especially bad ones but this hotel was a very disappointing stay. Cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. We stayed at this hotel Friday through Sunday and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived around midnight on Friday after a long day of traveling only to find that nobody was at the front desk. We had to wait approximately 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention at the front kiosk before we could even get checked in. Once we finally got into our room, I immediately noticed a roach on the wall and several tiny roaches in the bathtub. At that point it was already very late and we were traveling with my boyfriend and my 8 yr old daughter so finding another hotel at that hour was not really an option. We decided to stay and make the best of it. Unfortunately, things continued. When I pulled the covers back to get into bed, there was an ant in the bed. During the night, my boyfriend was actually bitten by an ant on his ear. We tried to overlook everything because we had a long day ahead of us and just needed to get some sleep. When we returned to the hotel around 10 PM on Saturday there were once again roaches on the walls. At that point, it was clear that this was not just a one time issue. The checkout experience was also extremely frustrating. Checkout was at 11:00 AM. At approximately 9:20 AM a two staff members banged on our door and then entered the room asking if we were leaving. I explained that we were but that checkout was not until 11:00. Then, around 10:15 AM another staff member came back and entered the room again without even knocking, asking the same question. I again explained that we were leaving at 11:00. She responded, “Well, it’s almost 11.” It was still approximately 45 minutes before our scheduled checkout time. We had already packed and only needed to take our two bags to the car.
