Liked:The room and in-room amenities.

Disliked:Due to cold and windy weather at check‑in and later that night, we bundled our infant in a blanket while walking into the hotel. The following morning, I discovered a pet fee had been added to my invoice without notification or documentation. When I questioned the charge, front desk staff stated they had “confirmed” we had a pet bundled in a blanket. Despite explaining multiple times that this was my infant daughter, the staff remained insistent and removed the charge only as a “courtesy,” which was both unprofessional and accusatory

The hotel was close to the event we attended but the bed and AC in the room were uncomfortable.

Liked:Location was good for our purposes. Refrigerator in room convenient. Breakfast average.

Disliked:The mattress was uncomfortable by being too soft and caused both of us to have backaches in the morning. The position of the AC vent was awkward and blew the air into my face while sleeping, not comfortable. We did not get good sleep. No extra pillows and the room was not made up while we were there.

My kids and I loved it wish we would have been able to use the pool but our stay was a visit for a family member’s funer

Liked:It was clean their was small issue their was clothing in room 315 from the previous customer two pairs of pans and some boxers on the floor in the closet other than that it looked super clean

Disliked:They were nice rooms and looked clean and the staff were so generous
