Huge Rooms, beautiful building, ideal location

Liked:Enormous rooms in a beautiful historic building, I couldn't have been happier with the location either

Liked:While the location is fantastic, the rest of my stay was a mixed bag, earning a 3-star rating out of 5. Upon arrival, I had to wait 10–15 minutes at an empty reception desk before being checked in. However, once the staff appeared, they were helpful and even provided a complimentary breakfast voucher. This was a kind gesture that I truly valued and enjoyed.

Disliked:The windows were quite dirty, and the room felt dated. Although the housekeeping team clearly did their best, the aging carpets and worn furniture gave the space an inescapable sense of being unkept despite being cleaned.

Outstanding Valet Service from Braden

Liked:The valet service at The Ashton Hotel was excellent, and Braden in particular in Valet was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and quick to help, which made the whole arrival and departure process smooth and easy. It’s always great when a staff member goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome, and Braden absolutely did that. Thanks for making our stay even better.”
