Liked:Staff was wonderful, breakfast great. Big spacious rooms

Disliked:Paying for parking when there was no actual security to the parking lot. And we were in an odd location that didn't have true alternatives if you wanted to street park.

Disliked:We had hail damage to our vehicle in St. Louis, Missouri, and could not make it back to Texas. I called Booking.com and the hotel several times starting Tuesday before the 5/1 checkin to get a refund due to these circumstances. Both companies told me it was nonrefundable but then told me under the circumstances I would get a refund. However, they could not work it out between them and I did not get a refund at all, just the runaround. I am very upset that neither company could handle this. I will ot use booking.com ever again!
