Great Staff, Hotel That Needs a Make Over

Liked:This is an overpriced hotel that hasn't aged well. Staff is wonderful, but you're basically staying at a Moxy hotel. Not a good experience.

Enjoyable Stay!

Liked:When I walked into the hotel I was immediately greeted with professionalism and warmth by Mario Ricci . He is a manager in the making for sure and I would go back to that hotel mainly because of his customer service. Mary Clark also stood out for her customer service. Our suite was spacious and quiet and clean. When you walk out of the hotel there are so many restaurants within walking distance. The convention center was only 0.5 away. Great hotel great city !
