+Comfortable beds and good pillows
+Good breakfast and complimentary coffee
+Convenient location close to dining options
+Modern/new property with gym, bar, and dog areas

Could Improve

–Overbooked / wrong room type assigned in at least one case
–Barn-door style bathroom noise and sound transmission
–Some rooms missing microwave

Cleanliness1.0

Consistently praised as very clean and spotless (no carpet in rooms noted positively), with multiple guests explicitly calling rooms spotless or very clean.

Service1.0

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating (specific praise for front desk, named employee, and maintenance assistance).

Location1.0

Mentioned as very close to everything and close to lots of food choices — convenient for dining and local access.

Room Quality1.0

Mixed: beds and pillows described as very comfortable and rooms clean, but several guests reported significant problems (loud noise from other rooms/above, audible clicking, barn-door noise, occasional lack of hot water, missing/misassigned room types and missing microwaves) that materially degraded room quality.

Amenities1.0

Positive notes for a fantastic gym, bar area, dog-friendly grassy areas, pleasant toiletries and available Starbucks coffee; some minor confusion around breakfast inclusion for some guests.

Value for Money1.0

Several guests said they were pleasantly surprised for the price and would stay again; one noted breakfast pricing confusion but still considered the property a good value.

Food and Beverage1.0

Breakfast (bacon/egg/cheese sandwich) and complimentary coffee were mentioned positively and described as tasty and quickly served; some notes about upselling/clarity on included items.

Overall Experience1.0

Overall impressions are mixed: strong positives for cleanliness, staff, and amenities but persistent negatives (noise, occasional no hot water, some room assignment issues) left some stays significantly impacted.

Liked:Beautiful new hotel! Comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious (roll-in shower). Provided toiletries smelled amazing! No carpet in the room, which was a little weird at first, but also nice because it felt much cleaner. Lobby was beautiful, breakfast (bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sammy) was delicious and quickly served. Complimentary coffee (Starbucks ground) was hot and very good - I didn't see it when I walked into the dining area but was pointed to it when I asked for coffee with breakfast, instead of being up-sold the $7 menu coffee. Big plus! Overall, this was a wonderful place to spend the night. Highly recommend.
