Liked:Jennifer made checking in so quick and easy. There were 2 people in line when we arrived and she got everyone checked in so quick. Very friendly. Very nice room. Kimberly took excellent care of us at breakfast. Gorgeous hotel. Really appreciated the walking bridge from the parking lot to the hotel and needing a your room key to access higher floors

Needs some Love but Working On It

Liked:This was the conference hotel for a conference I attended. The downstairs areas could use a lot of love but my room was completely renovated. I had zero WiFi in my room and the person I spoke to downstairs just suggested I bring my work to the lobby, which wasn’t an option. I was offered points as compensation which I never received. Rest of front desk staff was very attentive. Restaurant was very good and restaurant staff was fantastic.
