Liked:The only positive part of our stay was the professionalism, calmness, and respect shown by the Fort Wayne police officers who responded to the situation. Unfortunately, everything else about our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing.

Disliked:We booked five rooms for six nights and requested more than two weeks before arrival that all rooms be together. The hotel confirmed this in writing, but our rooms were placed on three different floors. More importantly, when I politely asked to speak with a manager, I was shouted at, threatened with eviction, and the police were called in front of eight children. One of the children was crying, and the others were frightened. No manager ever contacted me, and no apology was ever offered. The hotel was also not clean. The carpets had a very strong unpleasant odor, and our room had a terrible smell. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
