Liked:It was beautiful ! We booked a room with a balcony and the views were great staff were all very friendly and kind beds were extremely comfortable

Disliked:We were on the second floor and the room above us ran around their room all night slamming doors stumping their feet we had to call front desk 3 times to complain .

Disliked:The hotel charged us twice for our 1-night rent. They're not friendly when I ask what is going on. I know they can view all the transactions associated with my reservation. However, the associate who handles my account advised me not to use a different name when booking a room. The reservation is under my husband's name and the card that we use to pay is in my name. Not really nice!!
