Location is good, but you can find something nicer.

Liked:The Location and that's it.

Disliked:Staff could be trained a little more. The lady in front was just plain and dry. I don't expect a 5 star service from here, but at least the staff can try to be more personable. Coffee pot was always cold. No attempt from any personnel to assist. Thank G, they have waffle, or else Breakfast is trash. Microwave is rusted and safe box is sitting there dusty.

Will never spend money on Comfort Inn again.

Liked:It was close to areas we wanted to go to.

Disliked:The staff was RUDE, all of them. Our room was dirty, had people’s trash from a previous stay, and had other people’s old food in our room. Wouldn’t give us extra towels. There was no soap in the bathrooms. Our room was never cleaned by staff during our stay. They wouldn’t give us pillows for the pull out couch, only a sheet and blanket. The pillows on the bed smelled like body odor. The breakfast was “out” at 7am and didn’t get refilled, everything stayed empty. When I asked for food to be brought out, employee brought out frozen biscuits. When we brought stuff to an employees attention they were very rude and unprofessional and one of the things an employee said was “do you know how to read?”
