Great house, great management team

Liked:Great house with a nice screened pool on a canal. Tons of amenities within the house, fantastic kitchen, and huge garage. Only a few miles from Downtown Cape Coral and Fort Myers. The management company was very accommodating. I will definitely rent from this team again.

Disliked:A/C timer seemed to be off a bit requiring manual turn down at inopportune hours.

Liked:Great property!! Super clean inside and out. Only 6 minutes from downtown, plenty of things to do. The host is extremely accommodating and answers very fast. I felt very safe in the location as well
