Decent, but could be improved

Liked:The view of the sunset was amazing. Most of the staff is super professional and caring. A shoutout to Mike and Gail in Tarpon restaurant.

Disliked:You can find dirt in some spots in your bedroom. Which is a not a housekeeping fault, but more of a maintenance upkeep. Also, safe was not working, coffee machine was leaking, bathroom sink was not draining and a few other minor issues.

I would happily book this hotel again.

Liked:We loved the position, the pool, the room with a great view, the beds, the bottles of water our front and the bar by the pool. Watching the sun set was great. We also saw dolphins. We also liked that the hotel had a really good free laundry room available which was a great help to us.

Disliked:We liked everything.

Terrible experience

Liked:Checking in at front desk went ok. Never received instructions on how to lock & unlock the lockers. No attendant in Men’s or Ladies locker room/ changing areas. We had been asking for an 80 min or longer and were told we could only have a 50 min. Upon arriving 45 mins early they told us the last couples session “no showed” so they can start early, I requested to add the time to our session and was told it could not be done. Requested Deep Tissue massages which there was no deep tissue part to the massage and my partners massage therapist wore latex gloves for full massage and never asked if she was allergic to latex. The massages were more like an oil rub down! We are highly disappointed in today’s experience at this Spa. We will definitely not be returning to this spa. I would suggest you look elsewhere.
