Liked:From the start, we checked into Holiday Inn in fort. Myers, and it's that complementary breakfast and swimming pool. Nice rooms, okay, check-in no restaurant. Then, we gotta find somewhere to have breakfast. Because you charged us for breakfast. That comes with our rooms and there was no restaurant. Also I had to reserve towels. The night before, so I could get clean towels in the morning, which was totally ridiculous. They told me I'd check in. I should have made a reservation for towels. I never heard never heard of such a thing. I probably won't ever stay here again. Because it was that ridiculous for the price. I believe that totally not worth a hundred something dollars I paid. Liked:When booking my stay I wasn't informed that when you dont have a restaurant but I git free breakfast with my stay then when I called the front desk for some towels the gentleman told me I had to pre order towels I hadn't even booking my stay and didn't even expect to stay another night in this hotel . I worked for Hilton for 20 yrs and I would never treat my guests like they were to me I think a refund for Sunday night is in deed a better way to keep guests coming back to your hotel my name is Debra Minella I was in room 225 also I ordered some food and it got stolen from my door 75.00 in grocery 😅 very sad
