Liked:They canceled on us when we were 12 minutes away from arriving. We had to find another hotel that ended up costing us 2,000.00 more as an event was in town. We went by Leeward later and knocked on the door and found out they had canceled our hotel reservation just to rebook it for more money to someone else.
