Disliked:The hotel is over sold on quality. My room was dirty, floors were sticky and corners of the room you could see the dirt. The bathroom door handle was missing, yes missing. The tissue box had several tissues in it and no replacement. They also required a $35 resort fee a day which is not clear when booking. Overall very disappointed.

Liked:I’ve stayed here about five times before. However, this time I had an issue with housekeeping. In the morning, I requested my room to be cleaned and went out for a run. When I returned around 8 a.m., everything was cleaned but the bed had not been made and there were no bed sheets on it — just the mattress. We still had about 5–6 hours before checkout, so the bed could have been used. When I pointed this out at checkout, the front desk simply said “sorry.” Considering that the rate was around $500 per night, I expected a higher standard of housekeeping service.

Great Value

Liked:We stayed at the Element which shares amenities with the Dalmar. Clean no frills spacious room. Huge shower. Fantastic free breakfast. Great staff throughout. Thank you Paula for making our bar and lounge experience one of our best!
