It was not hospitable. I will book directly with hotel next time, but not there.

Liked:Nice hotel and room.

Disliked:The could not find our booking from booking.com and the lady was not very nice or helpful. We had been flying all day and it was 11pm at night. Luckily a gentleman was able to find it. The only difference was my name was switched according to him.

Liked:Bed was comfortable and great proximity to the port. Staff were friendly.

Disliked:Sadly neighbours were heard till 4am. Shower leaked across the bathroom floor and hardly any milk for coffee.

If i had got what i paid for it would have been perfect

Liked:Breakfest excellent staff friendly very clean hotel great location.

Disliked:I had paid for a room with a view over the harbor but or flight was delayed and we where delayed geting to the hotel we advised the hotel through email of or situation and said we would be at least 24 hours delayed as we where travelling from Ireland on arrival i was placed in a down stairs back room with a very poor view and did not recive a refund for what i had paid for. Thats why i was disappointed with the hotel
