Lovely location surrounded by nature

Liked:The location is absolutely outstanding. The hotel is situated in a beautiful, peaceful area right by the water, surrounded by nature. It’s perfect for relaxing walks, while still offering excellent public transport connections to the city center. The setting is truly exceptional. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

Disliked:On the downside, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room was quite dusty. Housekeeping also seemed rather minimal during our stay, mostly just changing the towels without properly cleaning the room. I believe the housekeeping service needs significant improvement. Another issue was the front desk service. There always seemed to be too few reception staff, which resulted in long queues and waiting times. When we checked out, we only needed someone to unlock the luggage storage room, but we had to wait around 10 minutes for assistance and almost missed our airport coach because of the delay.
