Disliked:When arrived the front door clerk was rude, we arrived at 4 waited 2hrs for room to be ready, requested 1st floor, got 3rd floor, went to ck out, no functioning elevator, had to carry all luggage down by stairs, the free breakfast wasn't fit for a dog.
