The staff was nice

Liked:The bed was as hard as a rock and caused us a terrible sleep experience. The pillows were equally bad. Super thick and hard.

They Did Construction at 6 am and were rude and dismissive about their actions

Liked:The hotel poured concrete outside of our window at 6 am and refused to provide a partial refund on our stay. They said it was a "delivery" not "construction." Their "delivery" woke us up at 6 am. I asked for a partial refund at check-out. They gave me the contact information for the asst. general manager. I called and left a message. I followed up with an email a couple of days later. Still no response. I called today and they refused to do a refund because the concrete was a "delivery" not "construction." They offered me 15% in Best Western points which are worth about $21. The owner and managment are rude and dismissive of how their actions affect their guest's stay. Why on earth would a hotel agree to have concrete delivered and poured at 6 am outside of their guests rooms?

Very Nice Comfrontable stay

Liked:Nice stay, no issues. Looks like a brand new hotel. The room was clean and very well-kept. I would recommend this hotel. 24 hour free complimentary coffee.

Awesome stay

Liked:The rooms are very clean and fresh, the receptionist is so friendly, breakfast was awesome. House keeping does a great job on the rooms and breakfast area was supper clean. Prices are great. Large king bed cold ac hot breakfast you can't go wrong
