Don't expect anything more then a roof above your head for your stay

Liked:Location is not bad, city center can be reached easily with public transport. There is a paid safe parking area nearby

Disliked:There are several passive aggressive notes sticked to the wall explaining the punishments in case you are eating or drinking something in the room and make it dirty. Instead of printing these notes it would be more useful to actually clean the rooms between guests. Floor was dirty, not recommended to walk barefoot in the room. Bathroom didn't have enough towels and the shower cabin has signs of mold. In general the room is poorly furnished, bed matress and frame was in terrible condition. Towels and bedsheets had unpleasant smell. The included breakfast is joke. Some very sad looking croissants and toast bread were served with some extra jam, water, juice and fruits. No butter, no cold cuts, no vegetables. There are several high quality bakeries within 5 minutes of walk. Better to have breakfast there. Price of the room is quite reasonable but don't expect anything more than the very minimum

I booked the room based on the garden view and the photos of a villa as a highlight for the end of my stay in Tuscany. I

Liked:Nothing - it did not match the photos in the listing.

Disliked:Everything - I was ‘upgraded’ to a double room which was the honeymoon suite’ from a single garden view room with bathroom’. It was disgusting, with a stripper pole and weird disabled bathroom. The bed felt like a plank of wood. There was a reflective material on the ceiling and wall above/next to the bed. There was no fridge in the room. Towels from last century. THE REPLY FROM THE PROPERTY IS FALSE - THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT, THEY BOOKED A TAXI FOR ME WHICH I TOOK TO THE AIRPORT - THIS WAS THE BEST PART OF MY STAY

Liked:There are no upsides to this place. I stayed for one night, and that was enough.

Disliked:The villa is situated halfway up a steep street. There is no chance of finding parking; the nearest paid car park - costing 15 euros per day - is several hundred meters away. The room standard is low, with basic décor. Breakfast is basic. As for the location, there might be a bus, but I prefer getting around on foot; it takes about half an hour to reach the city center.
