Beautiful and calm

Liked:Beautiful high ceilings and wonderful furnishings in an airy tastefully furnished old Florence property. Fabulous location in a part of time with fantastic places to eat, which are better than places more central. Additionally, the fridge is stocked daily with sodas and waters which are free along with daily tea and coffee replenishment. The air conditioning is fantastic. The bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries. In the daytime the staff are available to talk to at any point.

Disliked:I loved the entire stay but am slightly concerned the rooms are on the fourth floor with only one means of exit if there was a fire at the exit, you’d be trapped but perhaps that my health and safety related job coming into play. Also, I don’t know if it would be financially viable, but some sort of night supervision that isn’t just emergency might be a good idea. Slightly picky but the lift/ elevator is only good for one with luggage or two without luggage, meaning a lot of waiting around whilst the weather is very very hot like now and ascending stairs is uncomfortable by foot. If they changed this lift it would provide better access for less mobile guests but it was sufficient for our needs on the whole.

Great location but super simple place

Liked:Great location! High ceilings, spacious rooms, orthopedic-alike pillows. Helpful staff. Airconditioner. The building has an elevator. Has a valet parking for 40 eur per night. Accepts dogs

Disliked:No service. Staff is not very friendly (but helpful). There is only one external door key per room, so if you are 3 you’ll need to manage. Also 2 keys for the room of 3. Not too many amenities, just shampoo/ shower gel.
