Liked:A very nice hotel off of a small alleyway. Great location. The hotel has an elevator. The breakfast was delicious with the dining area overlooking Piazza Signoria. The room was nice, the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and with a large shower but bathrobes were not provided as stated. The room overlooked another roof. A better view would have been preferred but we didn't actually spend much time in the room. Staff was friendly.

Liked:Overall the property was so nice. The breakfast included with your stay is soooo delicious! That was a real treat. Fresh squeezed orange juice, chef prepared meals, and tasty assorted pastries and parfaits. The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. My one complaint. There are a lot of mosquitoes inside of the property. I left with several bites. We killed several in our room, and there were mosquitoes flying around at breakfast and the staff at the front desk. So that was a bummer, but besides that everything else was lovely.

Liked:The staff is so helpful especially the front desk . He’s friendly , polite , have a nice smile despite asking several favor . The breakfast is very good . They have delicious home made pastries and bread . They cook the eggs , any preference as part of the free breakfast . They have freshly squeezed orange juice , which is not common now a days in European hotels. They used to , but a lot of the hotels omit that now . They give you now box orange , which is not good for you
