Exceptional Hospitality That Restored Our Faith

Liked:After the challenging experience at our previous stay in Venice, arriving here felt like entering an entirely different environment. Franco was exceptionally professional—warm, genuinely kind, highly attentive, and an outstanding host. Every member of the team welcomed us with sincere smiles and exemplary hospitality. The thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary coffee, water, and snacks upon arrival immediately made us feel at ease and helped relieve the stress and fatigue we had been carrying. Their gracious welcome restored our confidence in hospitality and transformed what had been a very difficult day into a truly positive beginning. This is exactly the standard of care guests hope for, and we are sincerely grateful for such a memorable experience.

Perfect stay and location for our trip

Liked:Excellent visit - we were only in Florence for a short time but it was fantastic. The host, Marta was absolutely brilliant - providing some brilliant recommendations and tips for navigating the city sights and food. The room itself was very clean, exactly like the pictures and we both slept very well. Breakfast is not available at the property but there is a fantastic tea room with coffee and biscuits that is help yourself (available all day).

Perfect except the noise

Liked:Manta is very friendly, patience. Room and toilet are very spacious. Photos look old but the place is like brand new. Coffee and snacks provided.

Disliked:Noise. Just next to metro and main road. You likely might not be able to sleep anymore once the metro starts running.
