Do not stay here, it’s awful! Poorly maintained

Disliked:⭐ 1/5 — Very poorly maintained and not accurately represented online Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The condition of this hotel was nothing like what we expected based on the photos online, and the problems went far beyond our individual room. The entire hotel had an unpleasant smell, including the hallways and our room. As we walked through the property, we saw obvious signs of poor maintenance everywhere. There were large bags of trash left sitting in the hallway, missing ceiling tiles exposing the area above the ceiling, heavily water-stained ceiling tiles, and damaged or unfinished areas throughout the property. I took photos because I honestly couldn’t believe the overall condition. Our original room was also in very poor condition. There was visible damage around the Jacuzzi platform with exposed wood and unfinished edges, damaged areas of the ceiling, a bathroom vent hanging open, stained/water-damaged artwork, damaged or missing fixtures, and numerous other maintenance issues. The Jacuzzi itself had a piece of paper taped to the front stating “NOT IN SERVICE” and that the water and electricity were turned off. The tub also appeared dirty and had damaged/missing components. We contacted Booking.com because we did not feel comfortable staying in the original room. The hotel eventually moved us to another room. The replacement room was better, but the property itself was still in poor condition. We ultimately stayed because it was a holiday weekend, hotels in the area were largely booked, and we didn’t want to risk ending up without somewhere to stay. We settled for the replacement room because of the circumstances—not because we felt the issues had been adequately resolved. Another frustrating part of the experience was the lack of normal front-desk assistance. Instead of being able to speak face-to-face with someone at the front desk, we had to communicate with an employee remotely through a kiosk.

Stay away from this property!!!

Liked:Said there was a shuttle from the airport. BULLSHIT. CHECK IN WAS WITH SOME FOREIGNER SPEAKING BROKEN ENGLISH ON A SCREEN. NO ONE WAS EVER AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK. TUB DIDNT DRAIN, ROOM SMELLED. YOU SHOULDN'T BE BOOKING THE HELL HOLE. NEVER BELIEVING YOU'RE QUOTED INFOR ON AMYTHING AGAIN!!!!

Liked:Bed was comfortable.

Disliked:Hallway smelled like cigarettes. Dog hair all over carpeted stairs. Did not like the check in kiosk at all. We had a dirty towel in our room. Shower pressure was very weak.
