Good place to live in Florence.

Liked:Vicinity to tram station and hence easy access to airport and train station. Leonardo is very supportive and helped us in creating our local sightseeing itineraries. Breakfast was served enough and on time. Physical check in was like icing on cake.

Disliked:Nothing much.

Basic hotel for several weeks in Florence.

Liked:The one-bedroom was spacious. This is not a luxury hotel but it is acceptable. Florence is an expensive city and the POP Apartment costs less than many others and will allow longer stays. The staff at the front desk are helpful and speak English. Small bathroom and shower, but excellent hot water and strong water pressure. Small functional kitchen. Housekeeping (change of sheets) was every three days. It is near a tram station into the center of Florence. A short walk to local cafes and shops. We were there with a group and there were meeting spaces for the group which was a bonus.

A very good place to stay for as long as you need.

Liked:Excellent well-appointed apartment in a modern building in a convenient location near T2 tram stop. Very friendly ands helpful staff.

Disliked:More comfortable easy chairs, and some tea-bags as well as coffee !!

It was just ok. I would not book the same place again.

Liked:The rooms were spacious.

Disliked:The rooms are cleaned only after 3 nights of stay and they do not provide extra towels. I had a garden unit, and I had ants in my room. They were quick about cleaning after the complaint though.
