Great location, close to transport

Liked:The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in for the past 2 weeks of travelling. So thankful for a good night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and helpful, giving us directions for buses etc. We were only there for 1 night, we would have stayed here for our whole time in Florence if we had found it sooner. Great value for money. Thank you.

Liked:Hotel was lovely. Spa was amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily to an excellent standard. Water filling facilities were good.

Good convenient location for a short stay. Spa is extra but worth it.

Liked:Good hotel for a quick stay. Free parking. Great staff. Lovely restaurants nearby. Lovely Spa which was a good treat at the end of a long day.

Disliked:Property is a little tired and good do with a bit of a refurb.
