Lovely view, low-frills breakfast

Liked:The hotel is in the city center perfect location to have a tour around. The rooms are nice, and mine had a lovely view of the Brunelleschi dome. The 24h reception is an added value.

Disliked:The breakfast was rather basic. Given the hotel's standard, I would have expected a wider variety of options and a more refined selection of products.

Liked:Its really close to the duomo. 24/7 reception.

Disliked:There was poorly renovated the paint slowly falling from the wall. The safe didnt work. The door card only use to get in but cant closed.

Excellent location, but some issues to be aware of

Liked:We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, very central and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence.

Disliked:One thing we didn’t like was that the property information did not clearly mention that a fee had to be paid in cash, which created an uncomfortable moment since we didn’t have cash with us at the time, although it was eventually resolved. Also, the elevator was not working to reach the reception area, which was difficult after a long day of travel, and the bathroom was quite small and narrow.
