Very nice stay, the only thing was there was no iron and you had to pay for the clothes to be sent out to ironed

Really nice hotel in the heart of Florence

Liked:Location is excellent, staff very courteous and the rooms very comfortable, good size considering historic building.

Disliked:Any use of the spa required payment of extra charge. Not worth if it’s just for a quick relaxation in the hot tub.

Exceptional Stay

Liked:Perfect location walking distance to so much. Beautiful building, as a historic preservation architect I love sleeping under original roof tile and beams! Breakfast had so many selections, our room was very quiet and had two bathrooms!
