Liked:The room was nice and cute. The location is perfect, price is good too

Disliked:There was no toilet paper on one of two bathrooms, and the floor in the bathrooms was dirty in the evening. There was no staff, but they informed us about it in message, but they also didn’t reply anything in whatsapp when I sent documents and asked questions.

Had the time of our lives!

Liked:Amazing location, felt like it was only a few minutes walk from everything!! Florence was amazing and this hotel was right in the heart of it. It was very easy to get in and we had no issues

Disliked:We had no issues with it but it is to be noted there was no airconditioning in our room however there was a strong ceiling fan so it was never a problem.

Liked:Location

Disliked:It was extremely hot (36 degrees) in the room, no air condition, just the electric fan. Very hard to sleep in the heat as there was no air flow. You can hear everything in the room, people screaming on the streets or people slamming doors in the property.
