Liked:My room was quite spacious, well lit and very clean. There is a private parking at the territory of the hotel which really solves the issue of arriving to Florence by car, as it is mostly a pedestrian city. The location was convenient as well, 25-30 minutes on foot to the centre, which is really nothing for those who like to walk. Otherwise, there is a tram stop just next to the hotel. The property is very clean, no bad smells and super quiet, like a small oasis in the middle of the city, with a beautiful garden. I stayed for 5 days and highly recommend it for those willing to spend a short vacation in Florence. A separate « thank you » to Valeria who was super helpful and hospitable.

Cozy and quiet apartment that met our expectations

Liked:Location was great, easy to access tram station and go to the city for adventures. It was the perfect combination of city accessibility and remoteness, which is a factor in getting the rest needed, unlike in the center where there is a lot of noise. Staff was very helpful and quick to providing solutions and answers to our questions.

Disliked:Upon arrival the room was not air conditioned at all, therefore we had to wait some time before it got better. Shower drain was clogging during our last stay days. Maybe some extra hygiene products would have been better.
